Riverside County coronavirus: 7,982 cases, 4,725 recoveries, 331 deaths
Riverside County health officials released the latest data on the coronavirus pandemic since Friday. Data is not released over the weekend so Monday's see a bigger increases as it takes into account Saturday and Sunday.
The total number of cases is now 7,982 with 119,824 patients tested. 4,725 patients have recovered.
There are now 331 deaths across the county. Locally, Palm Desert reported a new death over the weekend, bringing the total to 23.
There are currently 195 patients hospitalized, with 62 in the ICU.
Indio has the most cases in the Coachella Valley with 41.
