Missing Yucca Valley woman found safe, police say

The Morongo Basin Sheriff's Station confirmed that Toye Alicia Moore was found safe.


Original Report 11:43 a.m.

The Morongo Basin Sheriff's Station was alerted of a missing woman from Yucca Valley.

Toye Alicia Moore was last seen on Thursday, January 18, 2024 leaving her residence in the 6000c block of Hermosa Ave in Yucca Valley. It is unclear where she was heading and what her means of transportation were.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner office described Moore as a 38 year old black woman with brown hair and brown eyes. The Sheriff's Department also stated that Moore has a history of mental health issues and drug use.
