Two illegal marijuana grow operations discovered in Beaumont

Thousands of marijuana plants seized after police discover two illegal grow operations in Beaumont.

According to the Banning Police Department, the operations were uncovered when members of the Beaumont Police Department Multiple Enforcement Team served search warrants in the 1400 block of Ambrosia Street and the 36500 block of Straightaway Drive at around 11:53 a.m. on Tuesday.

No one has been arrested at this time. Officers seized approximately 1,377 plants and thirteen pounds of processed marijuana.
