Woman in critical condition after being hit by vehicle near Desert Regional

The Palm Springs Police Department has closed N Indian Canyon between the area of Tachevah & Mel due to a traffic collision.

PSPD confirmed a female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. The woman is in the hospital in serious/critical condition.

Palm Springs police reopened the roadway at 12:30 Thursday morning after being closed since 8:25 Wednesday night.
