Presale tickets for Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2024 go on sale today

We’re just months away from hundreds of thousands of people visiting our desert region for this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

A lot of music lovers have January 19 penciled in their calendars because pre-sale tickets to this year’s world renowned festival go on sale.

The festival’s website says the sale starts at 11 a.m. PST.

The event has been met with mixed feelings throughout the years for folks here in the valley. It’s been known to cause traffic congestion through certain areas including Jefferson Street in Indio and along the I-10.

However, the festival is also known for boosting the local economy.

One 2016 study by the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership found the festival generated a little more than $100 dollars for the city of Indio alone, and contributed $600 dollars to the entire valley.

Weekend one of this year’s festival is April 12 through 14, while Weekend Two is taking place April 19-21.

This year's headliners include Lana Del Rey, Tyler the Creator, No Doubt and Doja Cat.

Make sure to stay with us to get alerts including traffic update leading up to the festival and throughout.
