Traffic Alert: All Palm Springs roads at the wash are now open

UPDATE April 6, 2024

All wash roads in Palm Springs are now open including Gene Autry Trail, Indian Canyon Drive and Vista Chino at the wash.

Friday's First Alert Weather Alert Day has since expired, and conditions are much more clear this weekend.

UPDATE April 5, 2024

In Palm Springs, Indian Canyon Drive, and Gene Autry Trail remain closed Friday, but Palm Springs opened Vista Chino at the wash around 10:30 a.m. Keep it here for all your Travel and Weather alerts.

A First Alert Weather Alert went into effect today at noon as west winds impact the Coachella Valley and surrounding regions including the San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning.
