Two-time champion Kim Clijsters returns to Indian Wells

After seven years away from the Tour, Former World No. 1 Kim Clijsters is making her return this year, including a return to the BNP Paribas Open. She was awarded a wild card into what will be just her third tournament back, following Dubai and Monterrey. Clijsters - a two-time champion at Indian Wells, in 2003 and 2005 - last played in the tournament in 2011.

The 36-year-old is a four-time Grand Slam Champion and member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
