Xavier Prep, Shadow Hills girls cross-country impress at CIF-State meet
The last two fall sports programs still competing found themselves running against the best in the state on Saturday.
Shadow Hills and Xavier Prep girls cross country both had impressive performances at Woodward Park.

The Saints placed 8th in their division, while the Knights finished in 13th place out of 24 teams.

RESULTS!
Shadow Hills girls finish 13th out of 24 teams in their first ever State appearance! Last week we finished 6th in SS, today we were 4th!!

The highlights were freshman Chloe Elbaz for Xavier and senior Marjourie Lopez for the Knights. Elbaz placed 5th and Lopez placed 9th overall. Both earned CIF-State medals.
The first in Shadow Hills school history and the fifth all-time for Xavier Prep.
