DEL basketball and soccer season underway for local high school sports teams

The Desert Empire League started on Tuesday for boys and girls basketball, as well as boys and girls soccer.

There are 24 teams in total with 6 boys basketball, 6 girls basketball, 6 boys soccer and 6 girls soccer. All of them are competing locally for a league championship in what should be a very competitive season.

This is the second season of the DEL which was created for this exact reason - competitive balance.

Stay with KESQ Sports throughout the season for all the highlights and scores every Tuesday and Thursday for DEL games.
