Firebirds remain hot and start March strong with 4-1 win over the Condors

The Coachella Valley Firebirds defeated the Bakersfield Condors 4-1 at Mechanics Bank Arena in Bakersfield, Ca.

The Firebirds showed why they are the best team in the Pacific Division scoring in every period.

Shane Wright started the scoring for the birds and then Marian Studenic followed after in the second period. Logan Morrison not only scored one, but two goals on the night increasing the lead. All three goal scorers for Coachella Valley were the three stars of the night.

The Firebirds increase its first place lead and improve to 32-13-5.

The Firebirds will remain on the road and play San Jose Barracuda on Saturday March 2nd. Puck drop is set at 6:00 p.m.
