It was another jam-packed day of tennis and more in Indian Wells on Thursday.
Unfortunately, rain suspended play in the evening session yet again.

Prior to the rain, former World No. 1 and 2018 tournament champion Naomi Osaka won her first round match.

Osaka returned to Indian Wells following the birth of her daughter in July.
