Xavier Prep defeats rival Palm Desert to claim fourth straight DEL volleyball title
PALM DESERT, Calif. (KESQ) The Xavier Prep took down their Cook Street rival, Palm Desert, on Wednesday to win their fourth straight Desert Empire League title.
The Xavier Prep Saints girls volleyball team are the Queens of Cook Street and DEL Champions for the fourth year in a row.

The Saints defeated Palm Desert 3-0, improving their league win streak to 43 games.

The Saints defeated the Aztecs in three sets (25-15, 25-13, 25-9) to sweep the regular season series.

Xavier Prep finishes league play with an undefeated record of 10-0, while Palm Desert fell and finishes at 8-2.
Overall, the Saints finished 30-5, while the Aztecs finished 28-5.
