Palm Desert girls tennis dominates DEL finals

INDIAN WELLS, Calif. (KESQ) -- All Aztecs all the time.

Palm Desert girls' teams dominated the DEL finals at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Thursday.

In the singles final, senior Allison Smith defeated junior Diliara Trehub 6-1, 6-0, winning her second career DEL singles title.

In the doubles final, it was an all-Palm Desert matchup.

Sisters Victoria and Vanessa Vorwald defeated Peyton Ellis and Olivia Smith in straight sets 6-4, 6-4.

Congrats to the Palm Desert girls' tennis team on a great season.
