Warmer than normal weekend ahead

A ridge of high pressure will continue to build today, keeping temperatures above seasonal normal. This ridge of high pressure will slowly weaken Sunday as an area of low pressure dips from the north.

Winds will mostly remain lighter today with just a breeze of gusts 15-20 mph through passes. High temperatures expected to be in the 70's.

This weekend, the warmer than normal temperatures continue. This set up is perfect for those wanting to go out and about!

And bringing in the topic of the New Year, because it is a Leap Year, we have a lot of our favorite holiday's falling near the weekend!

Something to look forward to during 2020!
