* WHEN…Until 11 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Reduced
visibility in blowing dust in the deserts.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
