* WHAT…Dangerously hot conditions with temperatures of 100 to 112
expected.

* WHERE…Apple and Lucerne Valleys.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Temperatures will range from 102 to 108 for
Lucerne Valley westward, and 108 to 112 near Johnson Valley.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
