Sunshine aplenty today, but winds will be gusty, especially closer to the freeway and San Gorgonio Pass. Winds will exceed 50 mph in some cases.

A High Wind Warning is in effect until 10 this evening for the Mountains of Southern California, and a Wind Advisory for the same period in lower elevations. The Coachella Valley (with the exception of Desert Hot Springs) is not within the boundaries of either.

Cool conditions prevail through period, with highs in the low-to-mid sixties through Thursday.
