Above-normal temperatures & Santa Ana winds

This Tuesday was cooler than yesterday but with high in the 80s, temperatures are still trending above the average for February.

Santa Ana winds are a big part of the Southland's forecast currently. A Wind Advisory that went into effect early this morning, remains in effect through noon Thursday for gusts up to 50 MPH.

While the valley floor will experience breezy winds at times, this wind event is focused on the passes, mountains, and Inland Empire.

Slightly cooler for Wednesday but we'll be right back into the 80s to close out the work week despite an increase in cloud cover.
