Warming up for Mother’s Day weekend
A low pressure system brought gloomy skies and windy conditions to the valley on Friday. Clearer skies and warmer conditions are expected this weekend as that low pressure moves off towards the east.
Temperatures will start out in the mid-90s for Saturday before jumping up into the triple-digits on Sunday.
A subtle dip in temperatures is expected for the beginning of next week before triple-digit heat returns.
