Sweltering heat continues this week
We remain under an Excessive Heat Warning through Thursday as temps again climb toward the 115 mark.
There is also an air quality alert for potential blowing sand as well as increased ozone levels at the surface, this is in effect until Wednesday evening.
Highs today will again reach close to 115, which we clocked yesterday.
Highs will gradually cool as we move through the week, and we'll finally dip below 110 by Friday.
