Another week of warm weather awaits

High pressure again dominates the Desert Southwest, despite strong storms moving into the Pacific N.W.

Daytime highs will run close to 15 degrees above average through the early part of this week, but will slowly decrease heading toward the weekend.

This afternoon, expect temps in the middle 80s.

As we progress toward the weekend, temps will gradually drop, but only by a few degrees. Next week as we get closer to the Christmas holiday, highs will be cooler and there's the threat of some potential rain next week as well.
