Heating up this week

By midweek, highs will be ten degrees above our seasonal norm (95) this week!

An Extreme Heat Warning remains in effect for areas of the Inland Empire and Coastal Communities through Thursday evening. And Extreme Heat Watch has been posted for areas of Imperial County to our South through Thursday as well.

Building high pressure, which began last week, will continue to dominate until the weekend.

Highs will climb through the week, but a trough moves in over the weekend, dropping temps back to normal by Sunday.
