Mild week ahead, with a chance of showers midweek

Highs today will hit our seasonal norm of 90, making for a comfortable start to the work week.

A developing area of low pressure is on the way for late Wednesday, bringing a small chance of showers or a thunderstorm as we head through Wednesday and early Thursday.

That will bring a small chance of showers late Wednesday night, after 8 p.m. and may linger into Thursday before clearing out nicely Thursday afternoon.

Following the passage of that large area of low pressure, we'll enjoy highs in the lower 80s all the way into the weekend!
