Fourteen Students Arrested At Palm Desert High School

Fourteen students at Palm Desert High School were arrested on Thursday morning after an undercover investigation conducted by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department and Palm Desert Police Department. In a media alert sent out Thursday afternoon, detectives said they seized various illegal narcotics during their investigation on campus, including marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs.

Memorial services were pending today for veteran director Blake Edwards, who helmed films such as “Breakfast at Tiffany’s,” “10” and the “Pink Panther” series.
