Teenager arrested for riding motorcycle inside Palm Desert shopping center

Palm Desert police arrested Cody Riddle, 19, Wednesday afternoon after Riddle allegedly attempted to ride a motorcycle inside the Westfield Shoppingtown mall. Security officers detained him before police arrived. Police officers at the scene determined Riddle was under the influence of a controlled substance. They arrested him on DUI-drug charges and violation of felony probation.
