2 women arrested for alleged burglary from El Paseo business

Two women were arrested in Palm Desert Wednesday on burglary charges stemming from an incident that occurred on June 24 at a business on El Paseo.

Palm Desert police investigating the burglary identified the suspects as 30-year-old Jamie McCoy of Apple Valley and 31-year-old Kenya Evans of San Bernardino. Officers said the burglary happened at a business located at 73601 El Paseo Ste #4.

When the two women were back in Palm Desert on Wednesday, officers arrested them on charges of burglary and conspiracy.

The suspects were booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning.
