La Quinta movie reopens after burglary
UPDATE: The theater was back open for business Sunday morning.
Hopeful movie-goers in La Quinta were disappointed Saturday night as the Cinemark Theater was forced to temporarily shut its doors.
A theater manager told KESQ News Channel 3 anchor Karen Devine, that during a burglary Saturday morning, thieves stole equipment that shutdown power to the facility. No other details were immediately available. The phone at the theater went unanswered Saturday night.
