Two men rob Cathedral City gas station at knifepoint

Cathedral city police are looking for two men suspected of robbing a gas station Tuesday evening.

Police say two men walked into the chevron on near the I-10/Palm Drive intersection at around 5:10 p.m.

One of the men threatened the clerk while brandishing a knife and demanded money from the cash register. The clerk complied and the two took off with money in a silver-colored mid-2000s Honda Sedan.

The vehicle was last seen southbound on Palm Drive.

Both suspects are described as Hispanic males with medium build and height.
