Banning man arrested for arson in Anza
A Banning man is in custody for multiple charges including 3 arson charges for setting fires in an unincorporated area in Anza.
CAL FIRE Law Enforcement Officers executed a search warrant and felony arrest warrant for Roger Dale Green on Tuesday. Green was taken to Cois M. Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta where he was booked on multiple charges including Possession of Fire Explosive, Possess Firearm and Ammunition Prohibited, two or More Prior Felony Convictions/Alleged Prior Strike.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Hazardous Device Team assisted CAL FIRE Law Enforcement in searching Green’s residence and business where evidence was collected.
Green was arraigned on Thursday at the Southwest Justice Center. Green is being held on $3,000,000 bail.
