PSPD find “at-risk” missing person

Officers located Dempster and notified the media at 11:15 p.m. Monday night.

Palm Springs police officers are looking for a missing “at risk” dementia patient.

87-year-old Harry Dempster was last seen at around 8:45 p.m. on Sunrise and Ramon wearing a white baseball cap, yellow jacket, blue shirt and blue pants.

Dempster is 5’7, 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. Police say Dempster is a dementia patient.

PSPD have deployed helicopters and bloodhounds in the area to better locate Dempster, if you have any have information that can help officers find him, you, please call 911 or contact PSPD at 760-327-1441.
