Palm Desert at DHS set for Game of the Week to kickoff season
The 2017 high school football season begins this Friday with eight games making the show for highlights. The featured game of the week is Palm Desert at Desert Hot Springs in a cross-conference local matchup.
More important than the game, however, is that DHS will honor Solomon Patrick by retiring his jersey before the game. Patrick was a former Golden Eagle who was shot and killed on July 2nd.
