One person hospitalized after Indio garage fire
Firefighters contained a fire at a garage in an Indio home Wednesday night.
The fire happened at a home in the 47000 block of Margarita Street. It was first reported at a little after 8:30 PM.
When firefighters arrived on scene, and saw that the fire was well involved in the garage of the home.
The fire was contained to the garage. According to Cal Fire, one person was taken to the hospital with minor burn injuries to the lower extremities.
