Cold morning lows start the day
While we avoided frost advisories this morning, it was still a bit frosty in the East Valley with lows dropping to below freezing in some areas.
Cold air remains in place. Thus far for the month we are three degrees below average!
As with the last few days, we'll hover in the lower 60s for highs this afternoon.
