Six dead after plane crashes near French Valley Airport
Six people were killed in a plane crash early Saturday morning near French Valley Airport in Murrieta.
The plane had departed from Las Vegas and crashed just after 4 a.m. Riverside County
Sheriff's deputies said they found the aircraft completely on fire when they arrived on the scene.
Cal Fire said the fire from the incident burned about one acre of vegetation, and the flames were contained around 5:30 a.m.
The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the incident.

The crash comes days after another Cessna aircraft crashed in French Valley that killed one and hurt three others.
