News Channel 3 exclusively introduced Sheryl Endresen, a Yucca Valley woman who once lived in Hawaii and still has family on the island. She explained what people needed as they were affected by the wildfires in Maui. Endresen's granddaughter is on the island and lives there with her family.

Kawai Kaili, the granddaughter of Endresen, has banned together with multiple organizations passing out food and helping provide shelter to thousands of people that lost their homes.

News channel three will have an exclusive interview with Kawai Kaili at 6:00 pm. Be sure to tune in.
