Watch: Acrisure Arena lights up 55-foot tall Christmas Tree to kick off holiday season
Acrisure Arena is ringing in the holidays in style, with its 2nd annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. Watch the ceremony in the player below:
Located in the plaza outside the arena’s main entrance, the spectacular 55-foot-tall tree is the tallest in the Palm Springs area and can be seen for miles.
The special event also featured Santa & Mrs. Claus, who officially lit the tree. The couple arrived in Palm Springs style, not on a sleigh, but on a golf cart. DJ Mod Girl spun Holiday tunes; and candy canes, hot cocoa, and hot cider.
The tree lighting celebration is open to the general public.
Later that same evening, Pentatonix, the three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning and Daytime EMMY® Award-nominated vocal quintet will kick off the opening night of its “The Most Wonderful Tour Of The Year” tour at Acrisure Arena.
