Man accused of killing 3 in simmering Colorado property dispute was recently accused of locking gate

DENVER (AP) — Authorities in rural Colorado have been looking for a man they believe shot and killed three people and critically wounded a fourth in a property dispute. The Custer County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting followed a years-long dispute over the use of an easement on the suspect’s property. Authorities say two men and a woman died at the scene and a fourth person was taken to a trauma center in critical condition but is expected to survive. Authorities are still looking the suspect, Hanme K. Clark. His white truck was spotted at a Walmart in a nearby county but he is no longer believed to be there.
