Sunny and warm with unsettled weather on the way

It remains quite sunny and comfortable today! However, we will notice some more clouds filling our skies from the west as early as this evening, but more so overnight.

Looking toward this weekend, we have some wet weather on the horizon. There is a potential for some rain on Saturday. However, this round looks to be fairly light. Rain chances diminish somewhat on Sunday. Monday will bring more widespread rain to the desert, along with the potential for flooding.

Showers arrive as early as Saturday. A First Alert Weather Alert has been issued for Monday as we track the potential for widespread rain and the potential for localized flooding and travel concerns. This could be moved to begin earlier if necessary. Temperatures decrease beginning tomorrow thanks to the increased cloud cover.
