East Vista Chino Road, Gene Autry Trail, and N. Indian Canyon Drive were all shut down Friday morning through the Whitewater Wash due to flooding.
The first of the major traffic arteries, N. Indian Canyon Drive, was closed to all traffic, Palm Springs city officials announced Thursday evening.
