Bump and Grind trail closed for President Trump’s visit
The Bump & Grind Trail will be closed for most of Wednesday as part of security preparations for President Donald Trump's Rancho Mirage visit.

The trail will be closed starting at 5 a.m., the closure also includes the trailhead behind the Palm Desert Target.
The trail is expected to reopen to the public after 2 p.m.
Officials encourage hikers to use some of the other many area trails during the closure.

No word on the exact time President Trump will arrive in the Coachella Valley. He arrived in Los Angeles Tuesday afternoon and will then travel to Las Vegas.
President Trump is expected to arrive at Palm Springs International Airport sometime Wednesday morning, where he will travel to Porcupine Creek in Rancho Mirage for a Golf Outing and Reception at the home of Oracle CEO Larry Ellison.
The exact time of President Trump's arrival has not been released. The Federal Aviation Administration issued a notice for temporary flight restrictions at the Palm Springs International Airport from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
President Trump is expected to travel to Bakersfield followed by a 7 p.m. rally in Phoenix the same day.
