Pedestrian struck and killed by vehicle in Rancho Mirage
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department shut down roads near Dinah Shore and Miriam Way Thursday evening, in front of the Krispy Kreme, after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
Deputy Robyn Flores confirmed that first responders performed life-saving measures on the pedestrian but were unsuccessful. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
