Sand and sandbags available for San Bernardino County residents

With wet weather approaching parts of California this weekend, San Bernardino County is encouraging residents to pick up sand and sandbags ahead of the anticipated rainy forecast.

County officials say sand and sandbags are available at all County Fire stations on a first come, first served basis. They add that properly placed sandbags can help redirect water, mud, and debris away from your home.
