Indio man arrested for lewd acts with a child
An Indio man has been arrested for allegedly committing a lewd act on a minor.
Indio resident Ezequiel Gonzales-Vega, 30, was arrested at a gas station in Imperial County for committing a lewd act.
According to Imperial County Court records, Gonzales-Vega’s charges include contacting a minor with intent to commit a felony, sending harmful matter to seduce a minor, meeting a minor at an arranged location for lewd acts with a child under 14.
He is currently being held in Imperial County jail on $100,000 bail.
