Actress Suzanne Somers’ longtime Palm Springs estate is set to hit the auction block at the end of the month.

The 70-acre-plus compound, called Les Baux de Palm Springs by Somers and husband Alan Hamel, according to a description of the estate on the Multiple Listing Service. The asking price of the estate, which features eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and two half baths, is $14.5 million.

The 71-year-old onetime “Three’s Company” star and Hamel, a former television host and produce purchased the Ridge Road home in 1977, the same year they got married.

Located in the mountains above downtown, the home also features a dining room that seats 32 guests, a private swimming pool, and a rock house built by renowned local architect Albert Frey, all of which can only be reached by private funicular.

The property will be put up for auction without reserve — meaning there is no set minimum price — at 4 p.m. Jan. 31, according to Concierge Auctions.
