Kris Kenny is accused in the Dec. 29 shooting of 37-year-old Shanetta Dixon and a second unidentified victim.

Officers found Dixon at a home in the 700 block of East Hoffer Street “with multiple life-threatening injuries as a result of the shooting,” Banning police said. She died at a hospital.

The second victim was also shot at the home and remains hospitalized.

Kenny, described by police as a transient “known to frequent the areas of San Bernardino and Rialto,” is to be considered armed and dangerous, according to the Banning Police Department.

Anyone with information on the case or Kenny’s whereabouts was asked to call the Banning Police Department Detective Bureau at (951) 922-3170.
