Crews contain early morning house fire in Desert Hot Springs
Firefighters contained a blaze at a house in Desert Hot Springs early Saturday morning. According to CAL FIRE, the fire was at a vacant residential structure on the 66000 Block Buena Vista Way and was reported at around 1:22 a.m.
CAL FIRE said there was a threat to nearby structures and power lines were down, but fire did not spread to any other buildings.
20 firefighters in six engine companies were at the scene of the fire.
