Fire at Indio storage facility caused by arson
CAL FIRE Investigators determined that the cause of the fire at a storage facility in Indio is arson.
Firefighters responded to the incident on the 45-800 Block of Flower Street just before 10:00 p.m.
Crews were able to contain the fire around 11:00 p.m. Sunday.
Firefighters said the first arriving crews reported heavy smoke and fire visible from multiple units of a storage facility.
