Morning storms light up valley skies
Thunderstorms traveling west this morning through the high desert and across the valley continue to light up the skies and bring light precipitation across our area.
The thunderstorms began in Arizona and collapsed, sending showers and weakening storms our direction.
A Flood Advisory is in effect from the National Weather Service along our desert slopes this morning where the bulk of the rainfall is anticipated.
Storms are expected to weaken and dissipate over the next 2 hours.
