Entertainment Tonight host Mary Hart talks film festival, celebrity fun

Mary Hart has been called the face of Entertainment Tonight. Hart worked there for nearly 30 years. During this time, she began hosting the Palm Springs International Film Festival Gala. This year marks 16 years of her dedication to the film festival.

Hart says it’s this film festival that kicks off the entire awards season in Hollywood. She says the stars love coming because of the fun atmosphere and appreciation from the fans.

Hart shared with News Channel 3’s Kelley Moody that she is looking forward to meeting Olivia Coleman for the first time. Coleman will receive the Palm Springs International Film Festival’s top actress honor at the 2019 festival for her portrayal of Queen Anne in “The Favourite.” Hart says she’s also excited to see Glenn Close, Sam Elliott, and Bradley Cooper.
