Motorcyclist killed in crash near Cabazon

A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a Jeep in a rural area east of Cabazon north of Interstate 10.

The crash was reported at 4:12 p.m. Sunday at 53850 Aintree Drive, in an unincorporated county area near Stubbe Canyon, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Riverside County Fire Department personnel were dispatched to the scene, according to a CHP incident log.

The cause of the crash was not immediately available.
